It goes in order of: hour, minute, seconds, frames- HH:MM:SS:FF

For example 1 hour and 35 minutes, 20 seconds and 5 frames would look like: 01:35:20:05

There are two main types of timecode we refer to in post. “Source” timecode which is in the metadata of your camera files and “record” timecode which is the timeline timecode as per your edit.
