At Moodlab, we believe in openness and transparency. We think sharing resources and ideas is the best way for our community to grow.

As much as we LOVE LOVE LOVE our work, our top priority is people. We have a strict no dick-heads policy. Any form of discrimination, harassment, abuse or bullying will not be tolerated. Being a small business, we all chip in on even the most menial of tasks, we ask that people treat everyone with the same level of respect no matter their level of experience or seniority.

We understand there are rare occasions when staff may need to work outside of office hours but this is never expected. We want our people to be able to switch off so they’re refreshed and raring to go. We take requests for work outside of hours seriously and make sure everyone is compensated fairly. Lunch is also always set up outside of the room to give artists a well earned break.

In the spirit of reconciliation, Moodlab acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community. We pay our respect to their Elders past and present and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today.
